Overview - Why use the call forward and record service?
The
Callagenix call forward and record service enables you to record
all outgoing calls without the need for expensive
and complicated hardware.
This service is useful if your business relies heavily on telephone contact and you wish to review calls for training purposes, or if you wish to protect yourself.
You control which calls are recorded and which are not, and there is no limit to the length of calls that can be stored.

How does the call forwarding and recording service work?
If you use the call forwarding and recording service on its own, you simply dial your Callagenix telephone number and enter a PIN. You will then be prompted to enter the number you wish to call, and the recording starts when the call in answered. Recording finishes automatically when you hang up.
If you have a Callagenix virtual switchboard service, you can add the call forward and record services as a hidden option. In this case you would dial your own switchboard number and select the option with the call forward and record service on.
All call recordings are time and date stamped.
Recordings are stored in a Callagenix mailbox electronically, and can either be downloaded or listened to using streaming audio with a normal web browser.
How much does the call forward and record service cost?
All service costs are per day and include a choice of a single telephone number. Depending upon the number chosen to run your service, there may be a call cost to you, or revenue paid to you.
