Access available from the following networks: BPL, BSNL - fixed (all regions but Bhopal), Hutch, IDEA (all regions but Karnal, Ernakulam, Pune, Meerut), MTNL - fixed, Reliance (all regions but Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Bhuneswer, Jaipur, Lucknow, Meerut), SPICE (bangalore), Touchtel, TTSL.
Access not available from the following networks :BSNL - mobile, MTNL- Mobile, Hexacom, HFCL, RPG, Shyam Telecom, Spice (Rest of India).
All numbers provisioned after March 15th, 2006 will be accessible from the Bharti/Airtel network. All other numbers can be opened on the Bharti/Airtel network on a request basis.
