Callagenix international number services

Please see the tables below for countries where we can supply freephone and regional telephone numbers. The cost shown is pence per minute to deliver the call to our equipment in the UK. To calculate the total cost per minute you should add the costs below to the final destination (e.g to forward a USA freephone number to a UK landline = 10p plus 2p, an Australian freephone to German landline = 20p plus 3.8p). For further details, please see notes at the bottom of the table.

International Freephone Numbers (ITFS)

By far the most popular and powerful for promoting a companies products and services, ITFS numbers are easily recognised by potential customers in their country of origin as being free to call.

When used with a Callagenix service, the caller dialing the ITFS number is automatically routed to the country where you wish to receive the call. In addition, ITFS numbers can be used as a fax number, giving you a fax presence in that particular country without actually being there.

Notes

1. International Freephone numbers incur a setup charge of £100.
2. Where Freephone numbers show rates for payphone and mobile calls, clients can choose this as an option. Where there are no rates shown mobile and payphone calls are either included in the landline cost or may be barred.
3. There is a minimum service / number rental applied to any of the above numbers of 40p per day.

International PSTN Numbers (PSTN)

If you are looking to promote yourselves as having an international regional presence, Callagenix can provide you with a range of International Regional Numbers (PSTN). For example, you could promote your products and services in say, Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid and Zurich without actually being there, to name but a few.

Again, when used with a Callagenix service, the caller dialing the regional number is automatically routed to the country where you wish to receive the call. In addition, PSTN numbers can be used as a fax number, giving you a fax presence in that particular country without actually being there.

1. International regional numbers incur a setup charge of £75, except for Dutch and Swiss regional numbers which incur a setup charge of £150.
2. UK regional numbers incur a setup charge of £75 if they are not from our standard selection (London 0207/0208, Edinburgh 0131, Birmingham 0121, Manchester 0161, Newcastle 0191, Leeds 0113, Cardiff 0292, Bristol 0117 and Liverpool 0151).
3. There is a minimum service / number rental applied to any of the above numbers of 40p per day.

Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN)

If you are looking to promote your products or services internationally using a single number, Callagenix can provide you with a UIFN, Universal International Freephone number. For example, you can use the same UIFN number in Australia, Belgium, France, Hong Kong and the UK without being there, to name but a few.

NOTES:

1. Where more than one dialling prefix is shown (e.g. Japan) the code used depends on the carrier and location within the country. Users in that country will know what to dial.
2. Set up costs are £100 for the first accessible country and £75 per additional country.

Bear in mind the following drawbacks:

1. Calls to UIFN numbers cannot be made from the USA.
2. The actual number dialed varies from county to country, owing to the international access codes differing. See table above for dialling code information.

A breakdown of connection and services charges are outlined below.

Connection

1. International Freephone ITFS £100.00 plus VAT.
2. International Regional PSTN £75.00 plus VAT (except Netherlands and Switzerland - £150.00 plus VAT).
3. Universal International Freephone UIFN £100.00 plus VAT for the first accessible country plus £75 plus VAT for each additional country..

Monthly service charges

Any international number diverting to a single destination number, or fax, voicemail costs 40pence per day.

Any international number diverting to multiple destination numbers, (service includes fax and voicemail, costs 70pence per day.
