How does a premium rate support line package work?
In order to run a premium rate phone number service, you first need to obtain permission from the ICSTIS, the governing body for premium rate phone lines, by completing this form and send it to us. We will then submit it on your behalf, and set the line up for you once their permission is received. Approval takes up to ten days, but is usually quicker.
Your support line will then be ready for use, and we will give you full details of how to upload messages and manage the service.
You can specify a cost per minute of between 10 pence and £1.
