Changing your 0870 number?
If you are changing your 0870 number, you should consider the following.
1. Financial implications for your company
- Do you wish to retain revenue share at levels similar to those of today on 0870?
- Are you prepared to accept a drop in revenue share and change to 0844 in an effort to maintain customer satisfaction?
- Will you accept zero revenue share (and pay for call delivery) in order to provide your customers with the same service?
- What is the cost of re-printing collateral if you migrate from 0870
2. How this may change customer communication
- Can you change the number your customer dials to contact you without a major impact on customer satisfaction?
- Do you want to offer your customers a reduced rate for calling your business (0845/0844)?
- Do you want to offer your customer the ability to call your business for no charge (0800)
