0870 Number Billing Packages
With the change to 0870 number rates Callagenix are adding a number of packages to allow customers to easily switch from the revenue share model to the cost model.
This will affect customers differently depending on their types of numbers (i.e advanced services or not) and will also depend on the volume of calls they are receiving.
Advanced Services 0870 Numbers
Packages do not apply to numbers operating with Advanced services instead there is a inbound charge rate of 2ppm at all times. This is instead of the current 2ppm peak revenue generation at present, this change will happen on all calls received after midnight on July 31st 2009. See Advanced Pricing.
Basic 0870 (Non Service numbers)
Customers will now have available to them a choice of different packages covering monthly and annual billing and both high and low volume numbers. Customers with multiple numbers can mix and match the package options to allow them to effectively manage the numbers they wish to operate on their account.

Low Volume Multi-Number Packages
Callagenix are aware that some customers have a requirement for a low volume solution where they have a large allocation of numbers. Callagenix have implemented a set of packages to allow customers to cater for this. The Low Volume packages must be purchased as a minimum of 10 numbers with each of the costs and minute allocations shown in the table applying to all of the numbers within that package.
