How do I set up an 0872 number?

Registering as an 0872 provider

Because 0872 numbers count as premium rate lines, you will need to register as a provider with PhonepayPlus, the body which regulates premium lines. In most cases registration can be done quickly on line and is free. However, some industries such as gambling, counselling and chat rooms will require prior permission. This process carries a fee and can take from 4-8 weeks to complete.
