Virtual Assistant/Home PA... You work wherever you want
How does the virtual assistant package work?
Callagenix can provide you a service that will enable you to work from home, or anywhere and take calls on behalf of your clients. No additional hardware is required, only access to the Internet and a standard telephone.
Inbound calls from your clients can be pre-announced to you (without the callers knowing) so you can greet the caller in the name of the client you are working for. This enables you to work for multiple clients without the need to install additional telephone lines.
In addition, if you have more than one VA taking calls, inbound calls from clients can be routed to many VA’s regardless of where they are located. You can group your VA’s together to share calls, route calls directly to a VA, or set an order of priority.
Reporting
Detailed reports are also included free of charge, enabling you to provide billing information for individual clients. In the case of multiple VA’s you can also track the calls sent to them and when they have logged on and off.
