Overview - Why use a straight divert package?
The Callagenix straight divert package is used to divert callers through to a single telephone number. The destination number can be a UK or international landline or mobile number, and can be changed as often as required.
Callers can be presented with a recorded announcement prior to the diversion, and incoming faxes can be automatically detected and diverted to a mailbox where they are stored for later retrieval. To ensure that your callers receive 24 hour coverage, the service can be diverted to a voicemail box.
You have complete 24/7 control and can change any system setting at any time using the unique online management system, and you will also have access to a comprehensive online reporting system to enable you to monitor your business telephone usage.

How does a straight divert package work?
You can choose either a UK or an international phone number to use with this service. Once the system has been set up, you can control every aspect of it online.
You can specify the message that callers will hear when they are first connected, or just have a ringtone.Callers are then connected to a single telephone number of your choice. Each caller can be pre-announced so you will know whom you are about to talk to. If you are engaged, or do not want to take the call you can transfer the calls to other telephone number or to voicemail.
All of the configurable options can be changed at any time either online or by calling our customer services team.

How much does a straight divert package cost?
All service costs are per day and include a choice of a single telephone number. Depending upon the number chosen to run your service, there may be a call cost to you, or revenue paid to you.
