Overview - Why use a tipster information line package?

Standard Routing Tipster Line
The Callagenix tipster line enables you to upload a recorded message, via any phone or a PC, which can be updated as often as you like, making it perfect for a tipster line where news and odds are changing all of the time.

Callers will hear the message, which can be replayed until they hang up.

This service is available with an optional PIN entry to restrict access to group or racing clubs.

Tipster Line With PIN Entry
Single or multiple racing lines can be combined with PIN number verification. This is usually a 4-digit number (can be 1-9 digits). When callers ring the telephone number they are prompted to input a PIN number to gain access to the race information.

You can have one or multiple PINs, each using the same or different announcements and you can change the PIN numbers as frequently as needed via your on-line account.

This service is very popular for tipsters running a "Racing Club" system where callers pay a monthly fee and are given a 0800 free phone number to call and a PIN number, which can be changed as required.

How does a tipster information line package work?

A simple service consists of a company information line service and pre-recorded race information, updated by the tipster as often as needed. When callers ring the telephone number they hear the recorded information. The race information can be recorded and updated by you at anytime, using the following methods:

1. Over the telephone
2. Uploading a sound file from your PC
3. Online text to speech conversion.

Announcements can be grouped together under a virtual switchboard menu for multiple race messages, e.g. "Press 1 for Newmarket, 2 for Cheltenham... etc".

 

How much does a tipster information line package cost?

All service costs are per day and include a choice of a single telephone number. Depending upon the number chosen to run your service, there maybe a call cost to you, or revenue paid to you.
