Brendan Gilligan Racing (BGRC) was looking for an easy, yet flexible way to provide daily/hourly-racing information to the general public and for club members. They needed to provide a range of phone numbers to play tipping information, with the addition of a PIN entry service for their premier racing club members.
They said the service had to have the following features/benefits:
- Racing information needs to be updated immediately by:

• The Internet or
• By Uploading sound files.
- The number of telephone lines needs to expand and contract in line with the number of punters calling in
- The ability to control, manage and change the service in real time 24 x 7.
- Provide detailed call statistics
- Must be flexible, expandable and Easy to use.
In addition, they did not want to buy any additional telephone equipment, or spend thousands on a contract.
