Telephone recording is increasingly becoming normal within business and whether you use recorded calls to act as a training aid for staff or to investigate client complaints, knowing how your employees interact with clients on the phone is a vital piece in your business knowledge jigsaw.
The Callagenix call recording and storage system allows you to store all inward and outgoing calls for as long as you like, subject to a minimum period of 3 months. The search facility allows you to quickly trace the stored call and listen or download a copy. Voicemails and faxes can also be stored if you take these services from Callagenix.
How does the Call recording and storage service work?
Because the call record is stored on the Callagenix servers, no special equipment is needed. The phone recording service can be activated by logging into your Callagenix account and setting storage periods and conditions. Call recording is normally up and running within a few hours.
There is no restriction on call length or on the number of lines simultaneously recorded from you business. To retrieve a call, just browse through the search facility for the telephone recording you need.
How much does the Call recording & Storage service cost?
The charge for phone recording is made up of two elements, a base monthly cost and an additional minutes cost. The base monthly cost of £25 covers the first 5,000 minutes of calls and is charged in advance. The additional minutes cost amounts to a further £10 per 5,000 minutes and is charged in arrears.

The charges can be paid for by Card, Direct Debit or Operating Balance debit as long as a minimum of a 100 pound Automatic Operating voucher is in place on the account.
