Using the Callagenix call diversion service, your telephone
calls can follow you around the world. Whether you are working from
home, away on business or on the golf course all calls to your business
number can be diverted to you. The service can follow you to any
international landline or mobile number.
In addition, calls can be pre-announced so that you know who you’re about to speak to, and integrated with all other Callagenix services. You can, for example, divert all calls through to a fax machine, answer phone, recorded message or virtual switchboard.
Wherever your business goes, you can keep the same telephone number to minimise any inconvenience to your customers.
How does the call diversion service work?
The call diversion system is simple to use. You simply tell it where you would like your number diverting to, and our system does the rest. You can change the destination number as often as you need giving you complete flexibility and mobility.
Because this can be integrated with all of our other services and with multiple mailboxes, you can use it to create a comprehensive and professional system which you can take advantage of from any location.

How much does the call diversion service cost?
All service costs are per day and include a choice of a single phone number. Depending upon the number chosen to run your service, there may be a call cost to you, or revenue paid to you.
