Overview - Why use the caller select service?
The Callagenix caller select service enables you to tailor the experience of each caller. The system identifies the telephone number from which an incoming call is made, checks this against a list, and runs a particular service based on the settings created for that number.
For example, if you want to ensure that all numbers are available in your statistical reports, callers who withhold their telephone numbers can be directed to a recorded message
You can also leave personalized messages for individuals who you are expecting calls from, or run services to subscribers only.
Example – Company sales line that automatically diverts callers to the nearest office.
How does the caller select service work?
You simply log on to your Callagenix administration system online, and specify rules for individual numbers based on the services you have signed up for. Any number, UK or international, can be directed to a particular service as long as the caller's number is not withheld. Numbers that have been withheld or are not recognized can be treated differently.
All of our services can be integrated with the caller select system.
How much does the caller select service cost?
All service costs are per day and include a choice of a single telephone number. Depending upon the number chosen to run your service, there may be a call cost to you, or revenue paid to you.
