The
Callagenix caller select service enables you to tailor the experience
of each caller. The system identifies the telephone number from which
an incoming call is made, checks this against a list, and runs a
particular service based on the settings created for that number.
For example, if you want to ensure that all numbers are available in your statistical reports, callers who withhold their telephone numbers can be directed to a recorded message
You can also leave personalized messages for individuals who you are expecting calls from, or run services to subscribers only.
