The company had 5 main issues:

How the issue was resolved
The Callagenix support department set up a test service that allowed the clients marketing and IT departments to fully test all aspects of the service. Upon acceptance testing, Callagenix allocated from stock 20 International Freephone numbers for the various countries required. Each number was easily recognised as a free call number within that country.
Call counters were also set on each number to count calls made to each number so that measurements can be made in real-time. The client then promoted all their freephone fax service numbers.
The clients potential customers then responded by sending faxes to their freephone numbers in the knowledge that it was not costing them any money. Callers sending faxes are unaware that the client did not have a physical presence in that country.
The marketing department were able to gauge how successful their activities were in each country by means of the free Callagenix reporting suite.
The result
As a result of running their Callagenix Fax to email services, the client are now able to run fax marketing events around the world without the need to have a physical presence there and without installing any new lines or fax machines.
