Overview - Why use the PIN entry service?

The Callagenix PIN entry service is designed to ensure that the information you receive by telephone can be kept secure, or to restrict access.

In conjunction with our other services, it can be used to secure answerphone mailboxes, or to restrict access to recorded information or technical support telephone lines. It is a very cost effective and reliable way of maintaining complete control over information access.

Please note - PIN is a service option and needs to be used in conjunction with a service.

How does the PIN entry service work?

The PIN system is very simple to operate. When you decide that a particular line or service needs to be protected, you simply use our online system to assign a PIN. You then distribute this to anyone who will need to use that service, and they will be prompted to enter the number when they are connected.

How much does the PIN entry service cost?

All service costs are per day and include a choice of a single telephone number.   Depending upon the number chosen to run your service, there maybe a call cost to you, or revenue paid to you.
