How does the statistics, reporting and call data service work?
When you use a Callagenix phone service, details of each call are automatically logged and entered into our database. You can then view the information by logging in to your account on our website.
Optionally, you can have a Call Data Record (CDR) file emailed to you on a daily or monthly basis. This presents the call logs as raw data, enabling you to analyse and manipulate it using your own spreadsheet or database software.
Data is collected for both incoming and outgoing calls, and for all of our services.
