Overview

The Callagenix system allows for the creation of supervisors who log in through a different interface.

This separate login page allows mailbox users to log in to see only the data in their mailbox, nominated extensions to log in and view data only related to their extension, or supervisors to login and view a variety of non financial information.

The facilities available if logging in as a supervisor include:

1. The ability to see calls waiting in real time.

2. Take reports on call stats and extensions.

3. Log extensions on and off.

4. Deal with multiple mailboxes (i.e listen to messages, deal with faxes etc)

5. Make minor alterations to routing of calls.

6. Create and remove members of hunt groups.

Since the login page is entirely free of any Callagenix logos, info etc,supervisors can also be used as a method of providing account access tocustomers for resellers. In this way, customers can see their mailboxes,take reports, modify extensions etc but cannot see any financial information or modify the way the services interact.
