The virtual switchboard enables you to provide a service to your customers 24 hours a day, so that even when you’re not working they will be able to access information and leave messages.
All Callagenix phone services have the ability to use multiple simultaneous phone lines, even if you only have access to one line. The Callagenix platform will automatically allocate and de-allocate as many phone lines as your services needs. This negates the need purchase expensive phone lines to cope with peaks of callers.

The virtual switchboard service is completely flexible. What your callers hear and the options presented to them are completely under your control. From the type of voice they will hear to the services they are offered, every aspect is completely customisable.
How much does the virtual switchboard service cost?
All service costs are per day and include a
choice of a single phone number. Depending
upon the number chosen to run your service, there
may be a call cost to you, or revenue paid to
you.
