Job description
Based in the Marlow, Thames Valley, duties involve:
• Customer Support,
• Build and delivery of customer solutions,
• Inhouse Sales support,
• Development of online interfaces,
• Administration and development of back office processes.
The role is to support the Callagenix product line, by offering solution driven support. This means you will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, offering a solution, development of test services, delivery and communication of them to the customer and the maintenance of live customer services.
Part of the role will also be to assist in the building of the Back Office processes as they are required and to assist in the maintenance of the company websites and systems both static and dynamic.
Experience
You will ideally have have had some experience of a technical support role via the web and telephone. An interest in online business processes, database development is essential as is an ability to learn new concepts. A development background or interest is useful although not essential, adaptability and good communication skills is however vital.
Callagenix is a small company, that offers great customer service and is flexible enough to constantly adopt and evolve new ideas.
Any exposure to SQL 2000, IIS, Dreamweaver, HTML, ASP, Javascript, ACD, IVR and/or Telephone systems is a bonus.
Training
We are constantly learning new processes and adapting to an ever changing online environment. An initial period will be spent familiarizing yourself with Callagenix services and learning the in-house Administration systems.
If an aptitude and enthusiasm is demonstrated for specific areas of technology then additional outsourced training will be made available.
Remuneration Package
A basic salary circa £17K p.a. + bonus*
* bonus will be related to performance (support and sales) and company profits.
