Pricing - Advanced Service (Callagenix Services)
Overview
Pricing of Callagenix Services depend upon the Number you choose to operate, the Service rental and if the call is subsequently Diverted. If you are just looking to route an UK 08xx number to a UK landline then please see Basic Service - Number Only. Any charges are debited from the Account Operating Balance and and Revenues are credited to the Operating balance, for more details click here.
Therefore when your number is dialed the call (Inbound Call) is delivered to your Callagenix Service (Service Rental), this service may depending on the settings divert the call to one or more other telephone numbers (Outbound Call).
Pricing is therefore made up of the following elements:
1. Inbound Call, cost or revenue to you depends upon the number dialed, it may cost you money (e.g. 0800 free phone, international, etc.) or it may pay you money (e.g. 0871 Rate 10ppm & premium rate etc..).
2. Service Rental - For the service attached to the phone number of your choice, as services are modular it is possible to run multiple services under one number.
3. Outbound Call, cost of the call if you divert the call elsewhere.
4. Optional Extras - Studio recordings, SMS alerts etc...

The cost to caller will vary as the caller may be ringing from abroad, mobile or pay phone using a variety of providers.
Revenue Payments
Any revenues earned are accrued into the account Operating Balance (to fund any charges). This accrual occurs at the end of each call.
This is revenue is available to be paid when the operating balance balance exceeds 50.00 pounds. As the revenue is paid into the operating balance, Therefore, a surplus figure is calculated, which takes into account an operating balance threshold for the next month by default 50 pounds, it is this surplus that is transferred payable on request
Your Operating Balance may be checked at any point online by logging into your account.
| SERVICE RENTAL |
The Service rental is charged to an account daily for each service which is attached to a live (non-test) telephone number.
NOTE: It is only applied to the service attached to the telephone number and not to any subsequent services that may be run, e.g. for a switchboard with 2 call diverts, just the switchboard (70p) is charged for, not all the other attached services. (see examples).
The service rental covers the use of 4 lines at any one time, additional lines used incur a charge of 30p, see additional lines for more information.

Service Rental Examples
- Information Line service on any type number would be charged at 40p per day.
- Time Of Day service on any type number linking to an Answer Phone evenings and weekend; Virtual Switchboard at other times, with an Information Line, 2 Call Diversions, a Group Divert, another Virtual Switchboard with 4 Information Lines and finally an Answer Phone; would be charged at 70p per day.
- Virtual Switchboard on any type number linking to an Answer Phone and a Call Diversion would be charged at 70p per day.
Note: There is a minimum service rental for live numbers non-usage charge of 30p per day, this is charged for all live numbers on an account that are not attached to a service - it is the minimum service rental charge.

IP Telephony
Callagenix IP Telephony (VOIP) can be setup to receive diverted calls from your Services, in which case the call charge is 0p per minute. They can also be used to make outbound calls in which case the outbound call charges are as above. For complete details on IP Telephony pricing click here.

| MULTIPLE SIMULTANEOUS PHONE LINES | |
When you operate a service with Callagenix you are automatically allocated up to 4 simultaneous lines within the price of your daily service charge. If you use more then 4 lines at any one time then an additional line charge will be debited from your operating balance. This charge is applied on a daily basis and is calculated using a 7-day moving maximum. NB. If you require more than 4 simultaneous lines regularly, please call us for discounted rates. |

There is no setup or fixed monthly charges for IP Telephony use. Call charges are the standard published outbound rate for making calls see here. The call charge for receiving a call from Callagenix service or another Callagenix IP Telephony device is free (0ppm) . There is a 30p per day usage charge for each Callagenix IP Telephony registration that receives a call from a Callagenix Service or makes a call to an external number (not a Callagenix IP Telephony number) . |
