Basic services are restricted to UK 08xx type numbers diverting to UK landlines only.

Memorable silver and gold numbers
Special, Gold, Silver, Memorable - they are called many things but are basically a number that is more easily dialled and remembered, such as 0870 112233 or 0870 1234567. |

How the billing works
On a monthly basis an invoice will be generated to you if your call charges since the last invoice are greater than 20 pounds. This invoice will be emailed to the account email address and should be settled within 7 days by any of the accepted payment methods (excluding Card).
For numbers that incur charges (e.g. 0800 and 0808) you will be required to provide a security deposit; this will be equivalent to one month's call charges or 100 pounds (plus vat total 117.50 pounds) whichever is the greater. The security deposit is retained by Callagenix until either:
- You inform us in writing that you no longer require the number. In this case, we will terminate the number and return the balance of the deposit less any call charges, due to the monthly billing cycle this will generally occur within 8 weeks of termination notice being received.
- You fail to settle an invoice raised against the number within 45 days or breach Callagenix terms and conditions that govern the Basic Service. In these cases Callagenix reserve the right to terminate the number and return the balance of the security deposit less any call charges.
How revenue is paid
Revenue are paid monthly in arrears, a payment will be made (via cheque or bank transfer) for all revenues earnt over the period since the last payment or the last 12 months, as long as the revenues owing are greater than 50 pounds.
Notes:
- Silver/Gold numbers require a one off payment.
- Per minute costs are payable by you.
- Per minute revenues are payable to you.
- Peak times are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays.
- Invoices are sent monthly in arrears, where relevant.
- Payment within 7 days.
- 0800 and 0808 numbers require a £100 security deposit, £117.50 including VAT.
- If the service has been turned off there maybe a re-connection charge of £20 per number.
- Revenue payments are paid in arrears and are subject to accruing a minimum amount of £50.00. within 12 months.
- One destination number change is included free of charge, thereafter it is £20.00 per change
- All costs and revenues are exclusive of VAT.
- Top receive revenue payment you must have signed and completed a Callagenix order form.
