Basic services are restricted to UK 08xx type numbers diverting to UK landlines only.

Charges are per second billing after minimum call charge (first minute).
Memorable silver and gold numbers
Special, Gold, Silver, Memorable - they are called many things but are basically a number that is more easily dialled and remembered, such as 0870 112233 or 0870 1234567. |

How the billing works
Callagenix offer a number of pre-pay packages to allow customers to operate Basic service numbers on their accounts.
The billing for each of the packages will happen at the start of each calendar month. This will be collected either by Direct Debit later in the month or by Credit Card payment immediately. The billing will be in advance for the package minutes for the coming month and in arrears for any minutes used over the previous months package.

How revenue is paid
Revenue are paid monthly in arrears, a payment will be made (via cheque or bank transfer) for all revenues earnt over the period since the last payment or the last 12 months, as long as the revenues owing are greater than 50 pounds.
Notes:
- Silver/Gold numbers require a one off payment.
- Per minute costs are payable by you.
- Per minute revenues are payable to you.
- Peak times are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays.
- Invoices are sent monthly in arrears, where relevant.
- Payment within 7 days.
- If the service has been turned off there maybe a re-connection charge of £20 per number.
- Revenue payments are paid in arrears and are subject to accruing a minimum amount of £50.00. within 12 months.
- One destination number change is included free of charge, thereafter it is £20.00 per change
- All costs and revenues are exclusive of VAT.
- Top receive revenue payment you must have signed and completed a Callagenix order form.
