Pricing - Revenue Payment
Callagenix pricing depends if you are using our Advanced Services or Basic Service.
A Basic Service is one in which only a UK number starting with 08xx (non geographic) is routed directly to a UK landline number (generally a telephone number starting 01 or 02). All other cases would require Advanced Services.
Basic Service (Number Only) - How revenue is paid.
Revenue are paid monthly in arrears, a payment will be made (via cheque or bank transfer) for all revenues earnt over the period since the last payment or the last 12 months, as long as the revenues owing are greater than 50 pounds.
Notes:
- Silver/Gold numbers require a one off payment.
- Per minute costs are payable by you.
- Per minute revenues are payable to you.
- Peak times are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays.
- Invoices are sent monthly in arrears, where relevant.
- Payment within 7 days.
- If the service has been turned off there maybe a re-connection charge of £20 per number.
- Revenue payments are paid in arrears and are subject to accruing a minimum amount of £50.00. within 12 months.
- One destination number change is included free of charge, thereafter it is £20.00 per change
- All costs and revenues are exclusive of VAT.
- Top receive revenue payment you must have signed and completed a Callagenix order form.

Advanced Service - How revenue is paid.
Any revenues earned are accrued into the account Operating Balance (to fund any charges). This accrual occurs at the end of each call.
This is revenue is available to be paid when the operating balance balance exceeds 50.00 pounds. As the revenue is paid into the operating balance, Therefore, a surplus figure is calculated, which takes into account an operating balance threshold for the next month by default 50 pounds, it is this surplus that is transferred payable on request
