Signing up for a Callagenix account does not commit you to anything and will allow you to trial the services for free. To make your Trial account live we need you to :
Complete your account contact details online.
Provide us with 2 forms of Identification. This allows us to verify your account.
Add funds to your account using one of the available payment methods.
Callagenix services are based on a pre-payment model rather like a Pay as You Go mobile. This means that you add funds to your account and your rental and call charges are debited from this balance. You must keep your account balance in credit for your services to work (the system can do this automatically via direct debit or credit card).
Once funds have been added to your account then you will be able to choose a telephone number, add it to your account and modify the routing to access your services.
After, registering your account password will be sent to the email address you provided, this will allow you to login to your account. The emailed password (which can be changed) should be stored safely as it is required to validate the account, full instructions are provided in the email.
