Freephone ITFS 0800 numbers may not be reachable from all mobile and payphone networks.
Freephone ITFS 0800 numbers can only be called from inside this country.
ITFS and UIFN numbers are accessible from mobile networks with International direct dialling (IDD) service activated.
No access from payphones. Mobile carriers AIS, CAT and True offer Call Free service for cell phones. At present DTAC does not, however it is expected to offer the toll free service for subscribers by mid 2008.

UIFN numbers can be called inside and outside this country.
UIFN numbers may not be accessible from all mobile networks
