With the Call Divert service you can forward calls instantly to any number (landline, mobile, VoIP, or international), so you can always be reached.

If you don’t want to or can’t answer, the caller will be played a recorded message and directed to voicemail, which can then automatically be sent to your smartphone or email address.

How does it work?

If you need a new phone number, or you have an existing number but want to redirect all your calls to a specific phone to be answered there, then the Call Divert service is for you. It’s a quick and easy way to forward your calls to wherever you are, so you never miss any. You simply decide where you want your calls diverted to and our system does the rest.

You can easily change your Call Divert settings via your online control panel or by calling the service number, pressing hash and entering your PIN. You can instantly change the destination number as often as you need to, giving you complete flexibility and control to forward calls – diverting calls has never been easier!

There is also an API available for more advanced users with more than 50 call diverts to manage.

Call Divert can be combined with any of our other advanced services and with multiple destination mailboxes to create a comprehensive and professional system to perfectly fit your needs.

You can also set up a ‘whisper message’ to pre-announce where the call is coming from, so the person answering can choose whether to accept or reject it. For example, if you are working from home, the service can pre-announce when you have a work call so you can either accept it and answer, or use phone diversion to send it to voicemail. When used with your caller list, the ‘whisper message’ can also tell you who is on the other end of the line before you’re connected.
