The best thing about choosing Callagenix is that you can quickly and easily build a telephone system perfectly suited to your requirements. With a range of basic and advanced services available, you can take what you need and design a robust and flexible solution to support your business growth. As they are all hosted on the Callagenix framework you know they will always work perfectly together and can be altered at any time as your business demands.

Basic Service

The Basic Service is available with all UK 08 and 03 number ranges.

With the Basic Service your chosen number 'lies on top' of your regular 01 or 02 UK landline. Your existing phone number and line are unaffected by this and you can use them as normal.

With this service, when someone calls your Callagenix number, your phone rings as normal.

You can change the destination number your calls are diverted to as many times as you like, free of charge, via your online control panel. All changes made are instantaneous. In addition, you can also access a report showing a log of all the calls you have received.

Advanced Service

All other call handling options are covered by our Advanced service.

You can use any combination of our hosted services to create the ideal phone system for you. It can be as simple or a sophisticated as you need it to be.

Small businesses will benefit from a selection of the more straightforward services, such as our fully featured Answerphone service that allows you to pick up your messages by phone, online or by email via an attached audio file. Combined with a simple Call Divert service, which also allows you to divert calls to mobiles and international numbers, as well as UK landlines, and Fax-to-Email and you need never miss a message again, no matter where you are.

Larger businesses with more complex requirements can add in additional services to streamline their telecommunications. A Virtual Switchboard combined with the Time of Day and Group Divert services provides a powerful and flexible way to manage your calls.

Other services give your business even more options, should you need them: conference calls bring you closer to your customers and help staff in different offices get to know each other, Caller Select allows you to offer an improved service to your customers, whilst Information Lines and bulk SMS messaging gives you a way to keep staff up to date in case of an emergency.
